We spent a few months identifying the suppliers and beneficiaries as well as the execution of this initiative. In early 2025, we got in touch with some partners who were willing to mobilize resources through crowd funding for our plan.

Since then, there has been no looking back. We have connected with various institutions where children study and have been supplying footwear to them. We also conduct special drives to provide footwear to children of underprivileged families living in and around Noida.

The Genesis

I am a 10-year-old girl student from Noida. In the year 2023, while getting our residence renovated, I came across a sight that impacted me deeply. Children of laborers who were engaged at our house were running around in mud barefooted.

Just few days before that incident, our school had taught us the harms of walking barefoot at home. I wondered how harmful it would be for these kids to be walking barefoot on streets and in under-construction buildings.
